ROOT
Deep into the earth
you anchor yourself 'gainst me
and break off. Damn weeds!
MANY ROOTS
MANY ROOTS
anchoring a plant
cheering for your favorite team
digging in the dirt
I pulled some weeds for this one!
I need to pull weeds again. Wish it would cool down. ~sigh~ Nice poems. The first one made me laugh while sympathizing. Happy Gardening!
