 RDP - Off With the Fairies

These photos were shared back in 2020, but I love them, and they fit the prompt, so here they are again!  

  In summer the morning glories open the portal to Fairyland, shining their beacons to guide the way. The glowing pollen is actually fairy dust. (I have no idea how it looks like light shines from within the flower.  Maybe it is the Fairy Folk.)

This bee is setting off to visit.

She made it back safely!  You can never be too sure with fairies.  Stumble into their domain by accident, or be lured by the pollen breadcrumbs, they may never let you leave, or you may lose all sense of time.  Whatever you do, never eat or drink fairy food.  Or goblin food, just look (or read) what happened to Laura in The Goblin Market! 

Mickey's entrance to Fairyland through the bushes, as he's much too large for a morning glory, even a magical one. Edward (a Goldendoodle who's photo you see on the left sidebar) discovered that entrance.  Fortunately, Mickey doesn't eat just anything laying around, so he's come back safely.  Sticks and leaves stuck in his fur, but safe.
