Snow hiding in the shadows.
Our snow is doing the exact same thing today in New York State after it got up to 47 degrees.
You were warmer than we were today! We aren't forecast to hit 50 all next week. I just checked the forecast... more snow on and off most of the days.
Apparently those shadows are cold.
