Last week I mentioned one other thing I got at the Ashland Goodwill.

When I first saw this I thought I'd found another Shona (Zimbabwe) carving.  It didn't register at first that it was metal!  I see similar ones online calling it a ballet dancer, but I think it's just a nude woman.  Bronze, 8 1/2" high

Then... I could scarcely believe it when the next day I found a Shona carving at a different Goodwill. where I got the rest of today's items!    This one is a nursing mother.

At the same store, someone had donated a lot of salt and pepper shakers.  I actually limited myself to two sets, they were asking $4.79 per set for most.  That's more than I like to pay unless there's something really special about them.

One I had passed up for a few weeks, I don't usually get ones that are souvenirs of specific places.  However, the sticker was blue, and blue was 75%, making them 62¢.  Plus, they were made by Klay Kraft,  Milford Pottery, Milford, Nebraska in a lovely blue!  Klay Kraft made these state sets in the 1950s, during the mid-century wave of Americana, where they'd be sold at gift shops and roadside attractions.

The others are etched wooden fish with the corks in their... well, you can see where!

This location is another getting a brand new store not far from where it is currently.  That will be a while, the other new build is still barely a foundation.  It will still be the closest to me, other than the Outlet (Bins), but not as convenient as not in the same complex as a grocery store I go to often.
