We had a couple of very stormy days this past week. Very stormy. Thunder, lightning, heavy rains.
Here is a shot of the clouds...
an the lightning.
The video the photo is off.
The sky 20 minutes later.
The rain a few days later flattened black-eyed Susans and tall plains coreopsis. The coreopsis self-seeds so easily, I just pulled the fallen ones out.
Have a great weekend!
Good skies.
ReplyDeleteThat was a great capture with the lightning. I also admired the cloud in the first picture; it seemed like an animal with a long squirrel like tail to me.
ReplyDeleteThat was a pretty wild, low sky, time to take cover (after your photographs of course.)
ReplyDeleteThe dog in the photograph looked like "Did I do that?"
ReplyDeleteBeautiful capture of the lightning. That's an angry looking cloud. Amazing photos!
ReplyDeleteVery moody sky.
