I've always loved dogs, and what breeds there were. I had an old Life magazine with a feature (and cover) about "new" breeds in the US. One was the Australian Shepherd, and now look where they are! Overbred and bred to be as small as possible.
It would be a pretty brave dog to face off a Canada goose! When the park was open the geese would come and graze on the newly sprouting grass not long after a mowing. What a mess they leave! And dogs like it... ewww...
A breed I've never heard of, which shouldn't be surprising as I am far from being a dog expert.

DeleteNow, if we could just get a goose retriever that likes to go after geese. (The Canadian geese are being very loud today.)
