    1. They are smart spiders. If this one hadn't been inside the glass (I directed it out slowing, so it wouldn't jump!) I would have left it along, after taking its picture. They know you are looking at them, and bare their green fangs. They are very pretty spiders. So are black widows, but I do kill those.

    1. It does look that way in the photos! Fuzzy and baring its green fangs!

  3. Great pictures. I looked up the bold jumping spider and it looks like a good one to have around.

    1. Most of them are. I only kill black widows, which I've only found outside.

  4. I looked this spider up and learned that some people keep them in pets. I'm not afraid of spiders and enjoyed your pictures but no thanks to keeping them as pets.

    1. No, not my pet of choice. When I worked at a pet store we sold tarantulas, which are quite gentle and could be held. Bold Jumpers are smart.

    1. Neither of us jumped! I knew not to startle it, especially since it was inside my back French door. I got something to urge it in the right direction, outside. It did bare it's green fangs at me, sort of seen in one of the photos.

  6. Friendly looking little dude. Makes for a great shadow shot with its fuzzy fur.
