Gardening in Southern Oregon zone 8b, with pets, past reflections, and "Tuesday Treasures" thrown in!
Makes me wonder about the backstory of that bell and where it originally came from.
I'm only guessing, but maybe it was an actual bell at the old school of the same name. More on the plaque reads that the school was established in 1912, (NOT the current building) and the bell was relocated in 1997.

I find I make those shadows at the worst time. I don't usually intend to do it, but it works for Sunday ;)

When I first took the photo, and it was tiny on my phone, I thought it was a shadow of the bell!
