It is! I think my adult kids (almost 30-just over 40) may still say "cool," I'll have to listen! Does anyone say "neat" anymore? I can hear Marge Simpson in the old episodes say it. She originally was supposed to be around our age, but they updated ages to be younger.
I've never seen this with a tree. As we would say years ago, "cool!"
