The shadow of a tube of artist's paint on a painting I rescued from the Goodwill Bins this week.

It's not what I would normally "save" from the salvage bins, but I liked it. It's different. Not signed though, so no telling a thing about it.
Reminds me of my grandfather who was an artist.
Oh, I do hope you, or other family, has some of his artwork! My father was an artist, and I have quite a few of his paintings.
I, also, like this painting very much. I know several people who have taken up art in their later years, and this reminds me of one of my husband's cousins, who has become (in my view) quite accomplished.
That´s very, very nice picture. Love the hues and subtle shadows. She/he had her/his tecnique together I reckon.
