I only have them on their own now and again, mainly for baking. The prices are higher, but not too bad here. Oregon is one of the states said to have high rates of the 'flu, since we are cage-free only, and that spreads it (more able to come in contact with ill birds)but I don't read the largest farm in the state is effected.
Re breakfast, I'm one of those strange people who don't like breakfast pastries. Even cinnamon rolls! (I'm sensitive to cinnamon; in childhood cinnamon gum would make my mouth sore).
I only made those ones in the photo once. Too much sweetness. They looked much cuter and Christmas tree-y in the recipe photo! Mickey either loves or hates cinnamon rolls (I know... I know... he shouldn't have them!). I think sometimes there is too much cinnamon and he averts his head from even smelling the small bite I offer.
...I'll stick with eggs while I can afford them.

DeleteVery much a breakfast collage.
ReplyDeleteI will admit to loving those McDonald's Sausage McMuffins! They make good sausage. They are a once in a while breakfast.
