I'd brought them in some fresh catnip to eat! Benny eats the stems too. Benny's the big one. He is that much bigger than Baby Cat! I named her that when she showed up in the backyard and I thought she was half-grown.
I cut the catnip back to the ground, but one keeps coming back. Baby Cat is quite adorable. Benny is "just" a solid black cat! I didn't choose either one, they simply showed up and stayed, as cats tend to do. I will not tell Benny! He already hates his little, older, sister!
She is a mini me of the cat we used to have (along with these two), Velvet. Velvet didn't have the white nose stripe. The dog Boo thought they were one and the same. She was the only cat I ever purposely got as an adult, the others all were found! She was my daughter's high school graduation present (CHSPE), but always preferred my youngest son!
Meow

DeleteBut, she wasn't a kitten, she was already 9 years old!
DeleteFresh catnip; that's the life! Large cat, small cat, I think Baby Cat is so good looking (don't tell Benny).
ReplyDeleteI think that that (sic) white nosed lil one is cuter too. Meow to the Catnip!!

DeleteThe second cat almost looks like a mini me.
