Sunday Stamps - December 8, 2024

Sunday Stamps theme this week is Glass.

Germany 2024
World of the Letter series - message in a bottle with a red seahorse (Hippocampus kuda) and Yellow Sail Surgeonfish or Yellow Tang (Zebrasoma flavescens).  I got this one on a Postcrossing postcard.

USA 1972 - Colonial American Craftsman: Glass Blower

USA 1972 - Stamp Collecting, with a magnifying glass.

Next week brings us stamps of the Color Red

  1. The second stamp is just perfect for today! I had never seen it.
Also very clever to think of the other two for today. I am happy to see so many different types of glass on our posts!

    1. It was hard for me to find just glass, like bottles and things. I guess stained glass would have worked.

    1. It seems there are stamps with most occupations, I just have to look closely. Stamp sized I often miss what they are!

    1. I wouldn't do as well without a magnifying glass, or zooming in with my phone camera, not at my age!
