I try to find seeds for more pink varieties, if the cost isn't too much. That isn't as pink as advertised, but different from the usual Pacific Beauty oranges and yellows.
I grew this flower for the first time last year and didn't realize that it only bloomed at the beginning of the month hence its name coming from "Calendar." I will be growing this again this year, it is so beautiful and a lovely addition to our homestead.

ReplyDeleteI have never heard that. Normally they bloom all month, all year long. Some overwinter in zone 8b, but they self-seed if they don't.
