What an odd name for a flower. I wonder who comes up with these sometimes.
It guess someone thought the white tips were "tidy"!
The flower is really beautiful. I never heard of this.
It's in the sunflower family, but small. It's an annual. It is always the fasted to germinate winter sowing.
